Digital Photography

Our digital photography classes proved very popular with all the students gaining new skills.  The topics covered were, How to download your photos onto a computer, Look at different ways to try to get a better photo, Take photos of a variety of subjects, Edit your photos using a free software programme, Present a best picture from each category.

The students were set a weekly task to take photos on a specific subject, they editied the photos in class work, the photos were then displayed on a large screen TV, and discussion followed on how the picture may have been improved.

A collage of the best photos was created by both groups and are on display in the trainging room.
