World Saxophone Congress XVI

This year the 16th World Saxophone Congress was held in St Andrews, more than 800 saxophonists from all over the world arrived in St Andrews for a week filled with concerts, masterclasses, lectures and events all about the saxophone. Beng a saxophonist myself this was too good an oppertunity to miss and i was lucky enough to be able to help out as front of house for venues throughouot the week, which involved helping performers and congress participants, and meeting lots of different people from around the world. A highlight of the congress was hearing and meeting world famous saxophonist Branford Marsalis.
