Jamie Wallace

  • Bio
  • I've been learning Scottish Gaelic since summer 2009 and it's inspired me to change course in life. I tend to spend more time volunteering for the local development of Gaelic learning for adults than sleeping! However thankfully, I have a supportive network including my partner, a close circle of friends, my family and of course the members and friends from my endeavours in branching into the Gaelic world in Glasgow. I would also say I'm an optimist, but not naive and that I tend to think outside the box to find my solutions to problems!

  • I currently enjoy studying Gaelic, seeing people become more confident in speaking the language they've been learning and creating new opportunities for people to get involved in.
